Our backyard is wild.
WILDE Adventure Summer Camp runs on the forests, creeks and ridgelines around Kimbercote in the Blue Mountains — where kids ages 4–17 trade screens for real adventure, and earn the kind of confidence you only find outside.
Real adventure needs real wilderness
Home base is Kimbercote — 100 acres of forest trails, creek and field on the edge of the Blue Mountains. From there we roam: paddling the Beaver River, hiking Kolapore and Metcalfe Rock, splashing through creeks, and exploring caves beneath the escarpment.

More than a name
WILDE stands for Wilderness, Integrated Leadership, Development & Education — a roundabout way of saying we grow great humans by sending them on real adventures. Camp here is never just somewhere to be; it’s a summer of confidence, skills and curiosity that outlasts the season.
Real adventure
Real trails, real water, real dirt — not a parking-lot version of the outdoors.
Confidence is earned
We don’t coddle. The best views are earned — and kids feel every bit of that growth.
Learn by doing
Hands-on skills and merit badges, from Bushcraft I all the way to Canoeing IV.
A leadership journey
Campers grow into mentors — a path from age four all the way to leading the next crew.
From first-time camper to leader
WILDE grows with your kid. The same camper who paddles their first canoe at six can come back at sixteen to teach it — one continuous path of adventure and responsibility.

Wild, but never reckless
Adventure is the point — safety is the foundation. WILDE runs small groups with low ratios, trained outdoor educators, PFDs on every paddle and a careful eye on every creek crossing. Parents get the full details on the For Parents page.
